Lonestar at the Palladium
Contemporary country band Lonestar will make its Center for the Performing Arts debut with a February appearance at the Palladium.
About Lonestar
Balancing traditional country and honky-tonk roots with a pop-rock sensibility, Lonestar has logged several platinum-selling albums and 10 #1 country singles during its 20-plus years on the scene. Those hits have included “No News,” “Come Crying to Me,” “I’m Already There,” “What About Now,” “My Front Porch Looking In” and the crossover smash “Amazed,” which achieved the rare feat of topping the Billboard Hot 100 as well as the country charts.
The band is distinguished by its members’ songwriting, which The Guardian called an example of “country’s greatest strength: picture-painting, story-based, tear-your-heart-out lyrics that are the most direct and lucid in popular music.”
