Indianapolis Children’s Choir w/CSO

Everyone will be jolly when the Indianapolis Children’s Choir and soprano Sarah Kate Walston join the Carmel Symphony Orchestra (CSO) for IU Health Holiday Pops in two performances Saturday, December 8 at 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at The Palladium.

About the performances

Audience members will enjoy familiar holiday music for the whole family including “White Christmas,” “Santa Claus is Coming to Town,” and “The Christmas Song.” The afternoon show is geared especially for children with a slightly abbreviated performance time, no intermission, and the opportunity to visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus (Ken Knowles and Ann Conrad) in the East Lobby of The Palladium.

About Sarah Kate Walston

Walston, a veteran of both musical theatre and opera, makes her first appearance at The Palladium in this holiday performance. The native of Richmond, Virginia grew up singing in the church choir, received both undergraduate and graduate degrees in music performance, and is on the voice faculty for Virginia Commonwealth University. She also occasionally performs as a guest artist with her husband’s band, J-Roddy Walston and the Business.
