“Into the Woods” at Footlite
Footlite Musicals is proud to present Into the Woods, the Young Adults Production that kicks off their 2018-2019 season. Featuring Indiana performers aged 18-25, you won’t want to miss this this popular Sondheim musical…an epic fairytale about wishes, family and the choices we make.
The plot
The story follows a Baker and his wife who wish to have a child; Cinderella, who wishes to attend the King’s Festival; and Jack, who wishes his cow would give milk. When the Baker and his wife learn that they cannot have a child because of a Witch’s curse, the two set off on a journey to break the curse. Everyone’s wish is granted, but the consequences of their actions return to haunt them later with disastrous results.

-Performances run from June 29th through July 15th.
-Thursday, Friday, and Saturday shows begin at 7:30pm, and Sunday shows begin at 2:30pm.
-The performance on Saturday, July 7th will be ASL interpreted.
-The first Sunday performance and all Thursday evening performances are all $10 seats
