Award-winning vocalist Sandi Patty returns to the Hilbert Circle Theatre this holiday season as host of the IPL Yuletide Celebration. The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra is thrilled to announce Sandi’s eighth engagement as host of this family holiday tradition in December.
IPL Yuletide Celebration
Created and conducted by ISO Principal Pops Conductor Jack Everly, IPL Yuletide Celebration blends traditional and contemporary holiday favorites featuring our orchestra, accented by a talented cast of singers, dancers, and actors. IPL Yuletide Celebration celebrates its 32nd anniversary this year and continues to be the largest orchestra-produced holiday presentation of its kind.
Sandi Patty
In addition to her tenure as an IPL Yuletide Celebration host, Sandi Patty has a long-standing relationship with the ISO for other projects. She headlined the ISO’s sold-out run of the musical Hello, Dolly! in January, 2012, co-starring Tony Award winner Gary Beach. Jack Everly also conducted Sandi’s debut symphonic pops album, Broadway Stories, which was released in October, 2011, to rave reviews. Throughout her 35-year career, Sandi has received five Grammy awards, four Billboard Music Awards, three platinum records, and five gold records. She recently completed her highly successful two-year Forever Grateful tour – her farewell to life on the road brought fans to packed houses across the country.
