Ted Nugent at Hoosier Park

Hoosier Park Racing & Casino in Anderson, Ind has officially announced that hard-rock veteran Ted Nugent will close out the 2017 Sounds of Summer outdoor concert series presented by Bud Light on Saturday, August 12. Tickets go on sale Friday, June 30 and can be purchased through Ticketmaster or at Hoosier Park’s box office in Shelby’s Gifts. Tickets start at $38.

About Ted Nugent

Nugent, known as a powerful, high-decibel solo artist, has released more than 34 albums and sold a career total of 30 million records over the course of nearly six decades. Most popular for hard rock hits like Cat Scratch Fever, Stranglehold, and the 1990 Damn Yankees’ chartbuster hit High Enough, Nugent is currently on a U.S. tour playing more than 45 shows this summer including concerts at the world-famous Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, the legendary Billy Bob’s Texas in Fort Worth, and B.B. King Blues Club & Grill in New York City.

The Sounds of Summer outdoor concert series also features a dual performance by Motown legends The Temptations and The Four Tops on Saturday, July 1, and award-winning country artist Billy Currington on Friday, July 21.

All Sounds of Summer concerts start at 9 p.m. and tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster by calling 800-745-3000 or by visiting www.ticketmaster.com. Concertgoers may also purchase directly from the box offices located in Shelby’s Gifts at Hoosier Park Racing & Casino or Indiana Grand Racing & Casino. Club Centaur Rewards members will receive a special discount on tickets purchased directly at the property box offices.
