The Anderson Center for the Arts is pleased to present the works of four local abstract artists beginning with a reception this Sunday, and continuing through June 22nd.
Join us on Sunday, April 23rd from 1:30 to 3:30 for the opening reception of our newest abstract exhibition Abstract II: Contemporary Abstract Artists in Indiana. Abstract II is an invitational of Indiana abstract artists including: Dan Annarino (West Lafayette), Paula Dalton (Anderson), Heidi Harner (Lafayette), and Avon Waters (Converse).
Artists will be present to meet and answer questions about their work. This event is free and open to the public. The exhibition will run until June 22, 2017.
About the center
The Anderson Center for the Arts was established in 1966 to secure a home for the arts and cultural activities in Anderson. Today, the gallery is home to a wide range of exhibits, events, and classes, and also hosts weddings, receptions, and civic activities.
