ISO Announces New Season

Experience the magic of live music at Hilbert Circle Theatre with over 60 performances that will include iconic classical works, showstopping pops numbers, a film-in-concert premiere, and more. This season, we hope you can revisit old favorites and experience new works that will inspire you and keep you coming back to hear the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra time and time again.

Season highlights

DeHaan Classical Series: Explore the connection of the written word and music through iconic performances of Romeo and Juliet, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, operatic masterpieces, and more. Familiar favorites will include Stravinsky‘s Firebird, Mussorgsky‘s Pictures at an Exhibition, and the conclusion of the Beethoven 2020 Celebration featuring his Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth Symphonies. 

Printing Partners Pops Series: From Broadway hits to the distinct styles of Latin America, the Pops Series is full of tributes to the greats including Aretha Franklin, Cole Porter, and Stephen Sondheim. This season includes a special Veterans Day salute, a visit from the Doo Wop Project, and more. 

Bank of America Film Series: Witness greatness with the heartwarming story of Rudy in concert, celebrate Halloween in Salem with Disney’s Hocus Pocus in concertand relive the magic of the 1987 fan-favorite The Princess Bride in concert. All films are projected above the stage while the ISO plays the unforgettable scores.
