About the show
Created by Artistic Director Gregory Hancock with an element of surprise, audiences will meet the Tarantella girls, Fortune Teller, Lion Tamer, Clowns, “Backyard” Girl, and the Sideshow performers.
Inspired by the legendary traveling circus of Eastern Europe, the dancers will entertain audiences as circus characters, and share their life stories draped in joy, melancholy, and dreams.
You are invited to an extravaganza of yesteryear to experience the laughter and magic of the circus in GHDT’s UNDER THE BIG TOP.
