CatVideoFest at IMAX
The IMAX Theater in the Indiana State Museum will welcome all feline enthusiasts back to its at 1 p.m. on March 23, 2019.
About the day
The event is an encore and in response to the overwhelming attendance at the March 11 CatVideoFest at the downtown Indy IMAX. It will spotlight the abundant ways that cats make us laugh and love with their individuality and often their peculiarities. CatVideoFest is a joyous communal experience, only available in theaters, and raises money for cats in need through partnerships with local cat charities, animal welfare organizations, and shelters to best serve cats in the area. Members of the Spay & Neuter Services of Indiana and other local animal charity groups will be in the theater lobby with information about volunteering and adoption opportunities, although no animals will be present.
“The response from cat video enthusiasts was so positive last week that we decided to run the screening again,” said IMAX theater manager Brian Hammes. “You asked and we listened. We’re excited to bring back the CatVideo Fest for another audience.”
