Anything Goes (Plus Tap Workshops)

All aboard the S.S. American, where nightclub singer/evangelist Reno Sweeney is en route from New York to England in Cole Porter’s classic screwball comedy Anything Goes.  This delightful, delicious and absolutely de-lovely romp features tap dancing sailors, jazz baby angels, crooning stowaways, public enemy #13, wealthy Englishmen and a lovely debutante. Romance is in the air on this luxury liner but it is far from smooth sailing. It is nonstop laughter and hi-jinks on the high seas with a show packed with spectacular dance numbers and many unforgettable Cole Porter songs such as “You’re The Top”, “Friendship” and “I Get A Kick Out Of You”.  Kathleen Clarke Horrigan steers this production into port.  The cast includes local actors Susie Harloff, Trenton Baker, and Sydney Norwalk.
