Although single mother Margie Walsh may be on her last leg financially, she hasn’t lost her fight to survive or her sense of humor. Good People tracks her story of being unemployed, facing eviction and trying to simultaneously care for her adult daughter with special needs. When Margie learns that her high school flame has become a successful doctor, she seeks his help and ignites questions about class, commitment and what it means to be a “good person.”
